For Panel Shops & Integrators

Stop Overpaying the OEM for Enclosure Cooling.

If you're a UL 508A panel shop or system integrator specifying enclosure air conditioners, you're probably paying far more than you need to — VoltAire averages 48% below published online distributor pricing for the nVent equivalents (21-70% by model). VoltAire units are bolt-for-bolt replacements for McLean, Hoffman, Pentair, and nVent — at integrator pricing that improves your margins on every project.

You Shouldn't Need a Fortune to Cool an Enclosure.

For decades, nVent (Hoffman, McLean, Pentair) has been the only game in town. You spec their units because that's what's always been spec'd. You buy through Graybar because it's convenient. And you pass the inflated cost along to your customer — or eat into your margins.

Questions We Hear from Panel Shops

We only buy 2-3 air conditioners a year. Is it worth switching?
Absolutely. At an average of 48% savings per unit (21-70% by model), even 2-3 units a year puts $600-$1,500 back in your pocket. There's no minimum purchase requirement — buy one or buy fifty. Keep our pricing sheet handy and pull it out when the next project comes in.
We're already set up with Graybar.
Keep Graybar for everything else — conduit, wire, breakers. But compare their enclosure cooling prices to ours. We match net-30 terms and ship next day. Many shops use us specifically for cooling while keeping their existing electrical supply relationships.
I've never heard of VoltAire. Are these reliable?
VoltAire has been manufacturing enclosure air conditioners in Orlando, Florida for 10 years. Every unit is UL/cUL listed, NEMA 4 certified, and undergoes a 5-point pressure and leak test. Same compressors, same refrigerant, same certifications as the units you're replacing. We're just not charging you the OEM brand tax.
Will these pass UL inspection?
Yes. VoltAire units are UL 484 listed and NEMA 4 certified. They're bolt-for-bolt compatible with the same cutout dimensions, mounting patterns, BTU capacity, and voltage specs as the Hoffman/McLean units they replace. Your inspector sees the same specs — just a different label.
What if something fails in the field?
VoltAire units are designed for serviceability. The centralized electrical tray opens with a 5/16" driver — a tool already on your truck. All components are visible and accessible. And unlike the OEM, almost every part is a standard off-the-shelf component you can source locally. No waiting 3 weeks for a proprietary relay from Hoffman.
