Build Your PU1600
1,600 CFM standalone pressurization • PLC-controlled • 316 stainless. Pick voltage, finish, damper, and wall depth — your exact factory model code assembles as you go. Send it to us and we'll come back with a formal quote within one business day.
No damper + standard 5.3″ wall — VoltAire drops the "-XX" suffix on base units.
Model code in progress. Voltage and finish still to choose.
Step 1 — Voltage (the letter after PU1600R)
All three voltages run the same fan and controller — pick what your panel supplies. Max overcurrent protection is 10A whichever you choose.
Step 2 — Cabinet Finish
Every PU1600 cabinet is 316 stainless steel. The painted options are a finish over that same stainless cabinet, not a different construction — pick paint if you want it to match the building.
Step 3 — Low-Leakage Damper (optional)
An optional low-leakage damper seals the through-wall intake when the unit isn't running, so the building doesn't breathe back out through an idle unit. The two damper options differ only in how the actuator is powered.
Step 4 — Wall Depth
The intake passes through the wall, so the hood length must match your wall's total thickness — measure the full depth before you pick. Every PU1600 uses the same 40.5″ × 20.8″ wall cutout.
Site Readiness — Optional, Helps Us Quote Accurately
Check what applies — it rides along with your request so the quote accounts for the site, not just the unit.

Pick voltage and finish first.
This code is the product: PU1600R + voltage + finish + 03 is the whole code for a no-damper, standard-wall unit. A short code isn't missing anything — that's VoltAire's nomenclature.
